Bromley drew 1-1 with Cheltenham Town on Tuesday evening in a match that produced an extraordinary volume of goals and substitutions across a frantic second half.

Mitchell Pinnock gave Bromley the lead inside four minutes, converting early to set the hosts on the front foot. Isaac Hutchinson equalised for Cheltenham on 25 minutes, and the sides went in level at the break.

The second half was barely underway before the game shifted again. J. Arthurs restored Cheltenham's threat at 46 minutes, with William Hondermarck adding another within three minutes to give the visitors a 2-1 lead. Bromley responded through James Wilson on 55 minutes, and B. Ilunga and N. Kabamba traded goals around the hour mark as both sides pushed hard through the middle period. Josh Davison added another on 64 minutes, and a second goal from Hutchinson on 71 minutes was cancelled out almost immediately by G. Smith.

By this point the match had taken on a breathless quality, with neither side able to hold an advantage for long. O. Sowunmi converted on 82 minutes before I. Odutayo pulled one back two minutes later, and Ryan Broom completed the scoring on 83 minutes in a closing stretch that produced three goals in the space of four minutes.

Cheltenham's ability to respond repeatedly suggested greater composure in tight moments. Bromley showed energy throughout but could not convert that into a winning position when it mattered most.
