This page combines public Companies House data with iXBRL-parsed accounts. None of the flags individually mean a club is going under. A combination is the signal.

Active insolvency: an open case at CH (administration, CVA, winding-up petition). The most serious flag.
Going-concern warning: the directors flagged material uncertainty about the company's ability to continue in their latest filed accounts.
Large HMRC balance: more than £1m owed in tax and social security at year-end. Most clubs file PAYE monthly so a multi-million sum unpaid is unusual.
3+ secured loans: multiple lenders holding charges against the club's assets (stadium, training ground, players). Refinancing pressure.
Accounts overdue: statutory filing date has passed and the next accounts still aren't in.
